Hello and Welcome to Harmonic Health!

My name is Brigid Hopkins, and my goal is to help educate and awaken humanity to leading edge possibilities for health and healing. My background began with a great love of music. After studying piano, I began studying cello at the age of 11 with Ray Davis, Principal Cellist of the Seattle Symphony. Fast forward, and I ended up at Peabody Conservatory for my Masters Degree in Music at Johns Hopkins University. I have been playing in Symphonies and Chamber Orchestras ever since, including Greenville, Charleston, Asheville, and Brevard.  

 

 

In order to become more proficient and to gain knowledge about the amazing human body, I decided I wanted to learn more, so I studied and earned certifications in Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Clinical Chiropractic Assistant, and Massage Therapy.  I have now been practicing bodywork for over 27 years.  With a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology, as well as a strong practice and study of nutrition, I have a  passion to share information that may assist others in gaining tools to transition, transform, and inform one's lifestyle choices.

Due to Divine Grace I have been blessed with the gift of sight/ intuition/ sensitivity,  which I express through

music and healing arts.

I am also the mother of two wonderful young adults who bring joy to my life everyday.
